A thoughtfully designed two-level home featuring a one-car attached garage and a durable, energy-efficient 8-foot-high insulated concrete form basement with 8-inch-thick ICF walls. The structure above the foundation will be conventionally framed with lumber and supported by engineered open-web floor trusses, allowing for long spans and convenient routing of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. The exterior wall assembly will include 1 inch of continuous exterior insulation with an air space behind the cladding, improving thermal performance and moisture management.

The home will provide five private rooms, with three located on the main level and two in the basement. The main level will feature a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area designed to take advantage of the surrounding views. Large, well-positioned windows will provide abundant natural light and create a strong connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
